Sam cannot guarantee the performance, results, or outcomes of the services provided by these 1099 professionals. Users acknowledge and agree that Sam is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or conduct of any 1099 professionals contracted through our platform.

    Sam provides our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
